Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Leader to spearhead our International Retirement Services division based in Gurugram. In this high-impact role, you will define the strategic roadmap for global retirement solutions, overseeing complex service delivery models that cater to diverse international markets. You will act as the primary bridge between global stakeholders, regional leadership teams, and internal operational units to ensure seamless execution of retirement plans and regulatory compliance. By driving operational excellence and fostering innovation in service delivery, you will directly influence the financial well-being of thousands of global members while positioning our firm as a market leader in the retirement services space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Formulate and execute long-term business strategies for international retirement portfolios to drive sustainable revenue growth and market penetration.

- Lead and mentor large, cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality retirement administration services that meet stringent global service level agreements.

- Manage complex stakeholder relationships with international clients, ensuring their retirement objectives are met through tailored, scalable, and compliant service frameworks.

- Oversee the integration of advanced technology and automation into existing retirement workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce service delivery costs.

- Monitor global regulatory landscapes and industry trends to proactively adjust service models, ensuring the organization remains ahead of compliance requirements and market shifts.

- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process bottlenecks and implementing robust solutions that enhance the end-to-end customer experience.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale retirement or pension administration operations within a global context, with a proven track record of scaling business units.

- Exceptional ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, utilizing strong negotiation and influencing skills to align diverse interests toward common business goals.

- Proven capability in strategic financial planning and P&L management, with the ability to translate high-level business objectives into actionable operational plans.

- Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and regulatory requirements, ensuring sound decision-making in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

- A postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.

- Candidates must possess between 16 to 24 years of professional experience in the retirement services sector to be considered for this leadership position.
