Senior Leader Hiring Strategy (Bulk Hiring for IT service)
Role & responsibilities:
- Expertise in scaling hiring programs across diverse geographies, aligning talent supply with business demand, and building a future-ready fulfillment engine.
- Assess and strengthen country-level hiring, identifying systemic challenges and opportunities for scale.
- Design and drive strategic fulfillment frameworks that balance speed, quality, and cost while meeting business-critical demand.
- Lead and mentor senior hiring managers and fulfillment teams, building strong leadership capacity within the function.
- Leverage global talent intelligence and local market insights to craft targeted interventions and strategies.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce readiness and talent supply challenges.
- Have expertise in hiring 400+ in a month in IT service industry.
Preferred candidate profile
- 18+ years of experience in talent acquisition and hiring strategy, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading country or regional hiring programs in fast-scaling, complex environments.
- Deep expertise in talent supply chains, and workforce planning.
- Should have experience in large volume hiring 400+ in a month in IT service industry.
