Role Summary
We are seeking a senior leader to join our global talent fulfillment team as Senior Leader Hiring Strategy & Fulfillment, with a clear succession path toward country-level hiring leadership. This role is designed for a highly accomplished professional who combines strategic foresight with operational excellence, and who has the potential to evolve into the country-level leader of hiring and fulfillment if proven capable.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in scaling hiring programs across diverse geographies, aligning talent supply with business demand, and building a future-ready fulfillment engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess and strengthen country-level hiring health, identifying systemic challenges and opportunities for scale.
- Design and drive strategic fulfillment frameworks that balance speed, quality, and cost while meeting business-critical demand.
- Lead and mentor senior hiring managers and fulfillment teams, building strong leadership capacity within the function.
- Champion process innovation, governance, and system optimization to ensure agility and scalability.
- Leverage global talent intelligence and local market insights to craft targeted interventions and strategies.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and governance while adapting to market realities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on workforce readiness and talent supply challenges.
Required Qualifications
- 18+ years of experience in talent acquisition and hiring strategy, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success in leading country or regional hiring programs in fast-scaling, complex environments.
- Deep expertise in talent supply chains, SLA-driven fulfillment, and workforce planning.
- Strong command of ATS/HR systems and cross-border compliance.
- Analytical, data-driven leadership style with a track record of delivering measurable outcomes.
Preferred Experience
- Prior leadership in country-level or regional TA organizations within tech services.
