- Be the Employer Brand Advocate by ensuring a positive candidate & stakeholder experience
- Develops meaningful and appropriate relationships within the Organization and important external stakeholders.
- Partner with Leadership, Human Resources, and Hiring Managers to facilitate a strategic, efficient recruiting process, providing direction, mentoring, and training to the recruiting team.
- Manage the entire recruiting life cycle for respective Business Units.
- Lead global talent acquisition projects, contributing to process improvements and best practices.
- Source and identify qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Conduct talent analytics to support business decisions and accelerate performance.
- Recruit efficiently to improve KPIs, industry benchmarks, and hiring deadlines for business-critical roles.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in talent acquisition, and employer branding with a proven track record of executing strategic hiring plans aligned with business objectives.
- Sound judgment, and problem-solving ability, with a knack to analyze patterns and make structured decisions for effective execution.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive results across different teams.
- Expertise in recruitment metrics and talent analytics to support data-driven hiring decisions.
- Forward-thinking approach, anticipating future talent needs and developing proactive recruitment strategies.
- Open to innovation and emerging recruitment technologies, ensuring a competitive edge in hiring practices.
