Senior Lead - Supply Chain

Description:

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Supply Chain Lead to drive end-to-end supply chain strategy, planning, and execution across procurement, production planning, warehousing, and logistics. The role will focus on building resilient supply chain operations, optimizing costs, improving service levels, and enabling business growth through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans

- Drive S&OP / IBP processes, ensuring alignment between sales, operations, and finance

- Optimize inventory levels to balance service levels, working capital, and cost efficiency

- Lead vendor management and strategic sourcing, including negotiations and long-term partnerships

- Improve logistics efficiency, freight optimization, and service-level performance

- Implement and track KPIs related to OTIF, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, cost-to-serve, and fill rates

- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring continuity and resilience

- Drive process improvements, automation, and digital transformation initiatives

- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing supply chain teams

- Collaborate closely with manufacturing, sales, finance, and leadership stakeholders
