Ideal Candidate Profile- 8-15 years of experience in consumer, D2C, or digital business (Fashion, Apparel) leadership roles
- Experience owning revenue, growth, or monetization charters
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Prior people leadership experience
