Senior/Lead - Product Designer - Broking/Mutual Fund

About the role

It is looking for a hands-on Product Designer to own user experience end-to-end across our B2C product lines. This is an individual contributor role with high autonomy and high leverage - you will work closely with product and engineering to shape what we build and why we build it.

What you'll do:

- Own the entire product design lifecycle - discovery, problem framing, flows, wireframes, UI prototypes, handoff

- Work closely with Product & Tech to translate user problems into thoughtful product experiences

Rigorously challenge requirements - ask "why" two steps back before "how"

- Ship designs with measurable user impact in a fast-moving environment

- Raise the quality bar for UX and visual design across the product

What we're looking for:

- Must have 4+ years of hands-on product design experience

- Must have B2C experience with shipped consumer products at scale or growth stage

- Prior experience in broking, mutual funds, or fintech is an added advantage

- Proven end-to-end ownership of design work (not just UI skinning or segments)

- Strong problem framing - comfort pushing back and simplifying complex flows

- Experience collaborating tightly with PM + Engineering in an IC capacity

- High product sensibility, bias to action and iteration
