This role works directly with global asset managers across the US & Europe, driving insights, portfolio monitoring, and performance optimization across private credit investments.

About the Role :

- Support end-to-end post-investment lifecycle across deal onboarding, reporting frameworks, financial performance tracking, and covenant monitoring

- Collaborate with asset managers, servicers, and senior stakeholders to drive strategic decisions

- Conduct performance reviews, business plan analysis, deviation commentary & valuation support

- Present high-quality asset management reports and portfolio insights to senior leadership

- Assist in cash management, exit strategy planning & investment pricing

- Develop expertise in internal analytical tools and servicer platform feeds

Ideal Candidate:

- MBA / Finance degree with 210 years of relevant experience

- Solid understanding of financial concepts (ROI, IRR, DCF modelling, performance metrics)

- Strong stakeholder communication & analytical skills

- Ability to independently lead processes and manage multiple priorities

- Exposure to structured finance / private credit is an advantage
