Position: Non-IT Recruiter - Finance / Supply Chain

Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in hiring for Finance, Supply Chain and Shared Services functions. The ideal candidate should have experience managing end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level business and corporate functions within a large organization, GCC, BPO, shared services, or multinational environment.

Key Hiring Areas

The recruiter will primarily support recruitment across:

- Finance & Accounting

- General Ledger (GL)

- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

- Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable

- Strategic Procurement / Sourcing

- Vendor Management

- Supply Chain

- Planning & Logistics

- Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

- Business Operations / Shared Services

- Other corporate and commercial functions as required

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure and onboarding.

- Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements and position specifications.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, internal databases and market mapping.

- Screen candidates based on functional expertise, experience, communication skills and business requirements.

- Handle recruitment for Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, GL and SPM positions across multiple experience levels.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche non-IT positions.

- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate technical/functional interviews with hiring managers.

- Manage candidate communication, interview scheduling, feedback follow-ups and offer negotiations.

- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of positions within agreed TAT/SLA.

- Conduct market intelligence and compensation benchmarking for relevant business functions.

- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, MIS reports, hiring dashboards and pipeline status.

- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

- Support diversity hiring, internal mobility and other strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

- Collaborate with HR, business leaders and shared services teams to improve recruitment processes.

Required Skills

- 7-14 years of overall recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience.

- Strong experience in Non-IT / Business Function recruitment.

- Hands-on hiring experience in Finance & Accounting, Procurement and Supply Chain.

- Good understanding of General Ledger, P2P, AP/AR and Finance Operations hiring.

- Experience recruiting for Strategic Procurement / Sourcing / Vendor Management roles.

- Exposure to Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics or Operations hiring.

- Experience hiring for SPM / business operations / shared services roles is preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management and hiring-manager interaction skills.

- Excellent sourcing, screening and candidate assessment skills.

- Strong negotiation and offer-management capabilities.

- Good knowledge of recruitment metrics, TAT, SLA and pipeline management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
