Senior Lead - Government Advisory

Role Overview :

We are looking for a senior government advisory professional who can lead high-impact engagements with State Government stakeholders and drive large-scale initiatives from strategy to implementation.

What Youll Lead :

- Government advisory and flagship programme implementation

- Relationships with senior bureaucrats, government leadership, donors & ecosystem partners

- Multi-stakeholder teams, project delivery, timelines and quality

- Government partnership development and new engagement opportunities

- Strategic advisory to senior government counterparts

What Were Looking For:

- 1520+ years of overall experience

- 10+ years of State Government experience is mandatory

- Strong exposure to Chief Secretaries, Principal Secretaries, Secretaries and senior bureaucrats

- Experience in governance, administrative reforms and public-sector systems

- Proven experience delivering large-scale government initiatives

- Exposure to politicians/elected representatives is an advantage

- Marathi speaking, reading & writing mandatory

- Civil Engineering / Architecture background preferred, not mandatory

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Mumbai-based or willing to relocate
