Senior Lead - CSR & Social Impact

Role Overview:

Leading diversified group is looking for a senior CSR and social impact professional to lead the design, implementation and scaling of a national flagship CSR initiative. The role will own the program from concept to execution, evaluate development themes including agriculture and livelihoods, and work extensively across rural India. Initially an individual contributor role, with scope to build and lead a dedicated team as the initiative scales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end design, implementation and scaling of a national flagship CSR program.

- Develop project strategy, implementation roadmap and impact framework.

- Drive on-ground execution across rural India and resolve implementation challenges.

- Build and manage partnerships with NGOs, government bodies, think tanks and other stakeholders.

- Own CSR governance, compliance, budgeting, reporting and impact measurement.

- Build and lead the project team as the program scales.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 18+ years of experience in CSR, social impact, development or philanthropy.

- Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex programs end-to-end.

- Master's degree from TISS or a comparable leading institution.

- Strong combination of corporate CSR/governance and grassroots implementation experience.

- Experience with leading corporates, foundations, trusts or large NGOs preferred.

- Willingness to work onsite in Mumbai and travel extensively across rural India.
