Senior Lead - Business Compliance - Digital Payments Ecosystem

Hiring : Senior Lead - Business Compliance | Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead Business Compliance for a leading organization in the digital payments ecosystem.

Experience: 12+ Years

Location: Mumbai

Education: Full-time BE/BTech/MBA

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage ecosystem compliance aligned with regulatory guidelines and circulars

- Review product proposals to ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks

- Coordinate with key stakeholders including banks, payment partners, product teams, and regulators

- Own and manage the end-to-end Compliance Self-Attestation process

- Drive compliance automation initiatives and projects

- Track and ensure closure of audit findings, regulatory reviews, and action items

Key Skills & Experience:

- Strong experience in payments compliance (UPI, IMPS, Cards, and other digital payment systems)

- In-depth understanding of transaction flows across payment systems (UPI, IMPS, Cards, NACH)

- Good knowledge of Payment & Settlement Systems regulations

- Exposure to AI tools and their application in compliance or operations

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business, product, and regulatory teams
