Senior Analyst/ Lead - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) - Financial Services (US based) - 8+ Years - Gurgaon/Pune

Location - Gurgaon/Pune (Hybrid)

Responsibilities :

1. Develop financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and profitability under various business and market scenarios.

2. Analyse key financial metrics (NII, fees, trading income, etc.) and prepare detailed variance and profitability reports.

3. Support capital and balance sheet planning including RWA, CET1, LCR, and NSFR calculations.

4. Provide inputs for regulatory and management reporting such as CCAR/ICAAP, earnings calls, and board presentations.

5. Prepare management dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders and leadership teams.

6.Collaborate with regional finance teams, business heads, and global finance control units to drive strategic insights.

7.Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance FP&A efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements :

1. 8-15 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) roles.

2. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced qualifications like MBA, CA, CPA, CFA, or FRM preferred.

3. Deep understanding of the FP&A process lifecycle and exposure to global banking or financial services.

4. Proficiency in financial tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or TM1.

5. Hands-on knowledge of automation and analytical tools like SQL, VBA, or Python (preferred).

6. Excellent communication, reporting, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management.
