Role Overview:
As a Senior Key Account Manager, based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our most strategic partners. This role involves working closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to develop and implement joint business plans that drive revenue growth and enhance partner satisfaction. You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and their business objectives are achieved through our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key partners, aligning with their business goals and our company's objectives.
- Manage and grow revenue within assigned key accounts by identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans and resolve any issues promptly.
- Monitor and analyze key account performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to both internal stakeholders and partners.
- Identify and onboard new key accounts that align with our company's strategic priorities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities, providing valuable market intelligence to the team.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrable ability to manage and grow key accounts, exceeding revenue targets.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Deep understanding of the Quick Commerce landscape and its dynamics.
- MBA from tier 2 college
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- 2- 4 years of experience in Key Account Management.
