Position: Senior Key Account Manager - E-Commerce

Location: Kolkata/Mumbai

Industry: FMCG

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive sales growth across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.

- Own Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key marketplace partners.

- Manage assortment, pricing, promotions, and visibility to maximize business growth.

- Ensure seamless execution through inventory planning, replenishment, and cross-functional coordination.

- Analyze sales performance, ROI, and market trends to drive business decisions.

Requirements:

- MBA from a premier institute.

- 8-12 years of experience in FMCG, with at least 5 years managing e-commerce and quick commerce accounts.

- Strong experience handling Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.

- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, category expansion, and strategic account management.

- Excellent stakeholder management and analytical skills.
