Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with 12 plus years of experience in IT project management, transition, and service delivery, with a proven ability to manage complex projects across geographies. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile), technology leadership, and operational excellence. They will excel in building high-performing teams, delivering innovative solutions, and driving business growth through technology.

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Strategy:

- Establish and scale technology capabilities, including CXM, open-source technologies, and CMS platforms.

- Set strategic direction for product and service development to align with business goals.

- Drive transformation and operational efficiency by implementing ITIL best practices and Six Sigma principles.

- Lead the development of technology roadmaps, ensuring cost optimization and future readiness.

2. Program and Project Management:

- Manage large-scale technology projects, including transitions, software development, and system administration.

- Develop and execute project plans, monitor progress, and report to stakeholders.

- Handle end-to-end delivery across technologies like Java,.NET, SharePoint, and C++

3. Team Building and Development:

- Recruit, mentor, and grow teams, scaling operations from the ground up.

- Drive employee engagement, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure continuous skill development.

- Create and implement quality assurance and delivery methodologies.

4. Technical Expertise:

- Oversee system integrations, automation, and development of innovative solutions and Workflow.

- Optimize IT infrastructure and implement analytics for better decision-making.

5. Stakeholder and Vendor Management:

- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders across regions (US, UK, AU, India) to align delivery with expectations.

- Collaborate with vendors like Google, AWS, and Microsoft for cost-effective IT solutions.

Required Skills and Competencies:

- Expertise in project management frameworks (PMP, Scrum, Agile).

- Strong experience in LAMP stack, CMS platforms (AEM, Sitecore, Drupal), and system administration.

- Proven ability to manage diverse teams, deliver defect-free projects, and scale operations rapidly.

- Knowledge of ITIL, Six Sigma, and change management best practices.

- Strong technical acumen in web development, database management, and automation tools.

Qualifications and Certifications:

- Any Graduate, BE/BTech/MCA in Computer Science preferred

- Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance), ITIL v3 Foundation.

- Six Sigma Green Belt.

Preferred Experience:

- Successfully built and scaled CXM teams, contributing to multimillion-dollar revenues.

- Delivered and lead multiple projects.
