Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead to manage end-to-end IT recruitment across permanent and contractual roles. The role requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to handle bulk hiring mandates, meet onboarding and revenue targets, and recruit across a wide spectrum of modern and legacy technologies. This position will play a critical role in scaling technology teams and supporting business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Delivery
- Understand, analyze, and translate client-specific IT requirements into effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding for permanent and payroll positions.
- Deliver bulk hiring and lateral hiring mandates while adhering to SLA, TAT, and quality benchmarks.
- Handle hiring across junior, mid, and senior technical roles.
Sourcing & Screening
- Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, internal databases, and niche platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical competency, cultural fit, and role alignment.
- Maintain strong talent pipelines for high-demand and niche technologies.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers, technical panels, and clients to ensure alignment on role expectations and hiring priorities.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, manage candidate feedback loops, and drive closure efficiently.
- Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to business stakeholders.
Offer Management & Onboarding
- Lead salary discussions and negotiate compensation, benefits, and joining timelines with candidates.
- Ensure seamless onboarding experience by coordinating documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
- Track onboarding progress and ensure fulfillment of onboarding and revenue targets.
Reporting & Metrics
- Monitor recruitment metrics including pipeline health, closures, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and onboarding conversion.
- Prepare periodic hiring reports and dashboards for internal leadership and clients.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes for efficiency and scalability.
Technology Hiring Exposure
- Hands-on experience hiring across a broad range of technologies, including but not limited to:
Programming & Frameworks: Java, PHP, .NET, Node.js, Angular, React
Enterprise & Platforms: Salesforce, SAP
Data & Big Data: Hadoop, HBase, MongoDB, SQL Databases
Cloud Technologies: AWS, Azure, GCP, OpenStack
AI/ML & Emerging Tech
RPA Tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate in Arts / Commerce / Management
- MBA / PG in HR (Preferred)
- 3-7 years of experience in IT recruitment, with strong exposure to bulk hiring
- Proven track record of meeting hiring, onboarding, and revenue targets
- Strong understanding of IT skillsets and hiring trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in fast-paced environments
