Role Purpose:

The Senior IT&D Project Manager is responsible for leading complex global and regional technology HR transformation initiatives across business functions. The role manages end-to-end delivery of IT programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities, governance standards, budget, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.

The individual will collaborate with business leaders, architecture teams, vendors, delivery partners, and cross-functional IT teams to successfully execute strategic digital and enterprise technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead large-scale IT&D programs and projects across HR function.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.

- Drive project governance, steering committee updates, and executive reporting.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including internal IT teams, business stakeholders, system integrators, and external vendors.

- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, quality standards, security, and compliance requirements.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, status reports, and delivery dashboards.

- Manage change requests and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.

- Support business process transformation and organizational change initiatives.

- Track project financials including forecasting, budget management, and vendor commercials.

- Identify delivery risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies.

- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, testing coordination, cutover planning, and hypercare support.

- Promote continuous improvement and adoption of Agile/Hybrid delivery practices.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

- 12+ years of IT project/program management experience.

- Proven experience delivering enterprise transformation projects in global environments.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

- Experience managing third-party vendors and system integrators.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Workday, Oracle, or Microsoft technologies.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or ServiceNow PPM.

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in HR Transformation or Digital Transformation programs.

- Exposure to global rollout programs and multi-country implementations.

- Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, cybersecurity, and change management practices.

- Experience working in matrix organizations with global teams.
