Senior IT Product Manager

Description:
- This is a remote position.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and strategy to delivery and post-launch optimization

- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and OKRs aligned with business goals

- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business, customer, and technical requirements

- Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and PRDs
- Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, QA, marketing, and sales teams
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews)

- Make data-driven decisions using KPIs, analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback

- Manage stakeholder expectations across leadership, clients, and external partners
- Ensure products meet quality, security, compliance, and scalability standards

- Continuously improve product performance through iteration and market analysis

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 5 to 6 years of experience as a Product Manager / IT Product Manager / Technical Product Manager

- Strong experience working with software products, SaaS, platforms, or enterprise systems

- Proven ability to work in Agile environments (Scrum / Kanban)

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system architecture

- Experience collaborating with cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using product metrics and tools

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, and user experience

- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, SQL/Analytics tools (preferred)
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field

- Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, PMI-ACP are a plus
