Senior Investment Research Opportunities | Fundamental Equities & Private Credit (5-12 yrs)

The team is expanding its Financial Research function across Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Gurugram, with opportunities spanning Fundamental Equities and Private Credit.

What makes these roles interesting?

You will work closely with investment teams to evaluate businesses and investment opportunities, develop differentiated views and support real investment decisions. Depending on the mandate, the work could involve:

- Fundamental research on private companies and technology businesses

- Evaluating software, fintech, consumer tech and manufacturing technology sectors

- Building detailed financial models and valuation frameworks

- Analysing unit economics, customer cohorts, TAM and competitive positioning

- Conducting investment and data-room due diligence

- Fundamental analysis of corporate bonds and loans

- Research across high-yield, stressed/distressed and special situations

- Monitoring private-credit portfolios, covenants, cash flows and business performance

- Identifying early signs of underperformance and supporting restructuring/workout decisions

- Developing investment views, research notes and recommendations for senior investment stakeholders

Who would be a good fit?

We are particularly interested in professionals with strong experience in:

- Equity Research | Fundamental Research | Private Equity | Venture Capital | Corporate Credit | Private Credit | Asset Management | Investment Banking

- Sector expertise in Technology/Software, FinTech, Consumer Tech, Industrials, Energy or Manufacturing Tech would be particularly relevant.

- For the senior mandates, candidates with 5-8+ years of relevant investment research/credit experience would be ideal, while the team is also open to evaluating strong profiles with relevant adjacent experience.
