Role Overview:

As a Senior Investment Banker in Debt Syndication, you will be responsible for originating, structuring, and executing debt financing transactions for corporate clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their financing needs, develop tailored debt solutions, and manage the syndication process. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, including credit, legal, and sales, as well as external stakeholders such as lenders and investors. Your contributions will directly impact the firm's revenue generation and strengthen its position in the debt capital markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Originate debt syndication mandates by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with corporate clients.

- Structure complex debt financing transactions, including term loans, working capital facilities, and project finance, to meet client objectives.

- Develop comprehensive financial models and conduct thorough credit analysis to assess the viability of debt transactions.

- Prepare compelling pitch books and presentations to effectively communicate financing proposals to clients and potential lenders.

- Manage the end-to-end debt syndication process, including documentation, marketing, and closing, ensuring timely execution.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and other key stakeholders to facilitate successful deal execution.

- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to structure and execute debt financing transactions.

- Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills.
