Role Overview:

The Senior Investment Analyst will play a critical role in our pre-IPO and SME investment banking team. This position involves conducting in-depth financial analysis, performing due diligence, and supporting the execution of transactions.

The role requires close collaboration with senior bankers, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. The Senior Analyst's work directly impacts our ability to identify and secure promising investment opportunities, contributing to the firm's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to evaluate the financial health and potential of target companies for investment opportunities.

- Perform thorough due diligence on potential investment targets, identifying key risks and opportunities for our investment decisions.

- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and investment committees.

- Support the execution of pre-IPO and SME transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and documentation.

- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging investment opportunities and inform investment strategies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to facilitate deal flow and enhance the firm's reputation.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to perform complex financial modeling and valuation analysis.

- Proven ability to conduct thorough due diligence and identify key investment risks and opportunities.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Experience in investment banking, private equity, or related fields, with a focus on pre-IPO and SME transactions.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
