- Conduct valuation benchmarking through comparable company and precedent transaction analyses.

- Perform credit assessments and asset-level cash flow analysis for special-situation and real-asset investments.

- Prepare return analyses, IRR projections, and downside-risk assessments for Investment Committee (IC) evaluation.

Due Diligence & Investment Execution-

- Lead and coordinate end-to-end due diligence across financial, legal, technical, and tax aspects.

- Engage with external consultants, auditors, and legal counsel to validate assumptions and ensure deal integrity.

- Draft comprehensive Investment Memoranda (IMs) and Transaction Notes for IC discussions.

- Support term sheet negotiations, transaction structuring, and closure in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.

Portfolio Monitoring & Value Enhancement-

- Track quarterly and annual performance of portfolio companies and special-situation assets.

- Evaluate business plan adherence, covenant compliance, and key financial metrics.

- Develop MIS dashboards and performance trackers for internal and LP-level reporting.

- Recommend value-creation initiatives, follow-on investments, and structured exits based on performance insights.

Market Intelligence & Research-

- Conduct sectoral and thematic research across Pre-IPO, real-estate, and special-situation markets.

- Monitor macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes (SEBI, RBI, IBC), and policy developments affecting private markets.

- Contribute to Investment Committee presentations, LP reports, and portfolio commentary.

- Identify emerging themes, co-investment opportunities, and strategic sectors for future fund deployment.

Fund Operations & Compliance Support-

- Assist in fund reporting, SEBI compliance, and valuation reviews with auditors and custodians.

- Support quarterly and annual LP reporting and performance analytics.

- Collaborate with finance, legal, and fund administration teams to maintain robust governance and audit trails.
