Hiring: Senior Investment Analyst Corporate Venture Capital

A leading Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) arm of a large listed Indian conglomerate is looking to hire a Senior Investment Analyst for its team in Chennai.

Experience:

47 years, including at least 3 years in an investing role.

Qualification:

CA / MBA (Tier-I) / CFA or equivalent.

Key areas:

- Deal sourcing & pipeline development

- Investment evaluation & due diligence

- Financial modelling & valuation

- Investment Committee presentations

- Deal execution & documentation

- Portfolio management & value creation

Candidates with experience in VC/CVC, PE, growth equity or investment banking/transaction advisory with strong deal execution exposure would be preferred.

Exposure to agri-tech, climate tech, deeptech, biotech or allied sectors would be an added advantage.
