Senior Investment Analyst

Key Accountabilities:

Investment Research & Analysis:

- Conduct fundamental and quantitative research on equities, fixed income securities, and other investment instruments.

- Build and maintain financial models, valuation frameworks, and scenario analyses.

- Monitor macroeconomic trends, interest rate movements, sector performance, and market developments.

- Generate investment recommendations supported by data-driven insights.

Portfolio Monitoring & Performance:

- Track portfolio performance against benchmarks and internal targets.

- Analyse risk exposures, duration, credit quality, and asset allocation.

- Prepare periodic investment reports, dashboards, and performance attribution analysis.

- Support rebalancing strategies based on market outlook and investment objectives.

Fund Management Support:

- Assist fund managers in security selection and trade evaluation.

- Provide research inputs for asset allocation decisions.

- Participate in investment committee discussions and prepare supporting materials.

Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal investment policies.

- Monitor investment limits, credit exposure norms, and risk guidelines.

- Maintain documentation for audit and compliance reviews.

Stakeholder Reporting:

- Prepare internal management reports, investment notes, and presentations.

- Support communication of investment performance to senior leadership.
