Role Overview:

As a Senior Investment Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities in the Pre-IPO and SME space. You will work closely with the senior management team, engaging in comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation exercises. Your insights will directly influence investment decisions and contribute to the firm's overall success in delivering value to our clients and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of potential investment targets, including historical performance, financial projections, and industry trends, to identify attractive investment opportunities for the firm and its clients.

- Perform rigorous valuation analysis using various methodologies (DCF, precedent transactions, comparable companies) to determine fair value and assess investment feasibility for potential Pre-IPO and SME investments.

- Lead the due diligence process, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with investment opportunities, ensuring informed decision-making.

- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for internal investment committees and external investors, clearly articulating investment rationale, risks, and potential returns, to facilitate informed investment decisions.

- Monitor portfolio company performance, tracking key financial and operational metrics, to identify potential issues and opportunities, and provide recommendations for value creation.

- Support the execution of investment transactions, including negotiating terms, managing legal documentation, and coordinating closing activities, to ensure successful deal completion.

- Build and maintain relationships with industry experts, potential investees, and other stakeholders, to expand the firm's network and identify new investment opportunities.

- Strong understanding of investment banking principles and practices.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
