Senior Investment Analyst

Role Overview:

As a Senior Investment Analyst, you will play a critical role in originating, structuring, and executing transactions for our SME and Pre-IPO clients. You will work closely with the senior management team, engaging in all aspects of the deal process, from initial client pitches and financial modeling to due diligence and transaction closing. This role offers significant exposure to deal-making and provides a direct impact on the growth trajectory of our client companies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence on target companies to assess investment viability and potential risks.

- Develop sophisticated financial models to project future performance, evaluate transaction structures, and determine appropriate valuation ranges for M&A and capital raising activities.

- Prepare compelling pitch books and presentations for potential clients, showcasing our firm's capabilities and highlighting opportunities for value creation.

- Manage the transaction execution process, coordinating with legal counsel, accountants, and other advisors to ensure smooth and efficient deal closings.

- Monitor portfolio company performance post-investment, providing ongoing financial analysis and strategic support to drive value enhancement.

- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential investors, including private equity firms, venture capital funds, and strategic acquirers.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to perform in-depth financial analysis, including ratio analysis, cash flow modeling, and sensitivity analysis.

- Proven expertise in valuation methodologies, including discounted cash flow, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis.

- Strong understanding of M&A processes, including due diligence, negotiation, and transaction structuring.

- Exceptional financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and other financial software.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
