We are currently on a look out for a talented Senior Internal Auditor with brilliant accounting and analytical skills. Internal auditors are expected to be organized with brilliant problem-solving skills and constantly deliver on tight deadlines. You should have an outstanding aptitude for math, strong IT skills and superb communication skills.

To ensure success, internal auditors must be critical thinkers with a keen interest in improving an organizations internal control structure. Top candidates will have remarkable presentation and report writing skills and display incredible business acumen.

Roles and responsibilities

- Assessing company financial and operational risk

- To do the Risk assessment and to prepare the Risk based Audit plan.

- To execute the Audit plan

- Safeguarding assets

- Gathering and analyzing data

- Checking the accuracy of financial reports

- Auditing the efficiency of business processes

- Ensuring the business adheres to policies, procedures, legislations, and regulations.

- Stakeholder communication

- Identify the financial risk of the organization and offer recommendations to reduce risk.

- Identify accounting and financial record-keeping processes that can be improved.

- Determine ways to cut costs and improve profitability.

- Assess the efficiency and productivity of internal staff and make recommendations for improvement.

- Present findings to upper management in the form of reports and presentations

- Drafting the SOPs and Observation reports.

- To Monitor and confirm the inventory records and physical inventory.

Qualification

- Should be a qualified CA or equivalent.

- Should be CIA qualified.

Experience:

- Should have minimum 3 to 10 years of Internal Audit Experience
