Senior Instructional Designer - Corporate Content Development - Bangalore/Pune

Youll partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to convert complex concepts into engaging e-learning, simulations, assessments, and video-based contentowning the journey from analysis and storyboarding to launch and iteration.

Responsibilities:

- Design and develop blended learning solutions (e-learning, simulations, on-the-job aids, role-plays, games) aligned to defined learning objectives.

- Partner with SMEs to analyze needs, define scope/sequence, and ensure instructional content maps to objectives and standards.

- Create storyboards, video scripts, and assessments; apply writing/style guidelines and verify accuracy via reliable sources.

- Collaborate with project managers, media designers, and track leads; iterate based on review feedback and meet project deadlines.

- Ensure content is LMS-ready (SCORM packaging) and adheres to course design requirements and quality benchmarks.

Requirements:

- Strong grounding in Instructional Design: Adult Learning, Andragogy, ADDIE, Blooms/Kirkpatrick.

- Proven experience building blended learning with emphasis on exercises, role-plays, activities, and continuous training.

- Working familiarity with LMS concepts and SCORM; hands-on with Articulate/Captivate is a plus.

- Basic visual/media design capability; comfort collaborating with graphics/video teams.

- Excellent writing, communication, teamwork; ability to manage stakeholders and timelines.
