Senior Innovation Program Manager - IT Infrastructure

We are hiring for the position of Senior Innovation Program Manager for a large global IT MNC on a direct on-roll engagement.

We are looking for seasoned professionals who have successfully driven enterprise-wide innovation initiatives and can work closely with global leadership teams to create measurable business impact.

Key Experience Required:

- Driving enterprise/global innovation programs with direct exposure to CXOs and global leadership teams

- Managing multiple innovation programs and project portfolios across geographies and business units

- End-to-end innovation lifecycle management - from idea sourcing and evaluation to execution, scaling, and adoption

- Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and conflict resolution capabilities in complex enterprise environments

- Working closely with SMEs, business leaders, delivery teams, and innovation councils to drive measurable outcomes

Additional Experience Preferred:

- Experience in Digital Transformation, AI-led innovation, Automation, Emerging Technologies, or Enterprise Transformation initiatives

- Strong program governance, PMO, and strategic planning capabilities

- Ability to define innovation KPIs, ROI frameworks, and value realization metrics

- Exposure to Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Innovation, or Product Innovation frameworks

- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 8-15 years of overall experience with significant exposure to enterprise innovation programs

- Strong global stakeholder management experience

- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives across matrix organizations

- Prior experience in corporate innovation is an added advantage
