Description: We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead the entire end-to-end people strategy for a leading, fast-growing travel retail organization. This pivotal role involves shaping HR excellence across nationwide multi-location operations, including stores across India's major airports and highways, as well as corporate and warehouse functions, As the HR leader, you will be responsible for defining, driving, and delivering the human resources strategy that directly supports aggressive business growth and operational efficiency across multiple dispersed locations. You will ensure best-in-class HR practices, robust compliance, and a high-performance, employee-centric culture.


Key Responsibilities & Strategic Leadership:


HR Strategy & Planning: Lead the overarching HR strategy across PAN India operations, proactively aligning manpower planning, talent forecasting, and resource allocation with the organization's aggressive business growth agenda.


Talent Lifecycle Management: Drive critical talent functions, including talent acquisition (recruitment for high-volume retail/operations), the implementation of effective performance management systems, and the administration of compensation and benefits programs.


Organizational Development: Oversee and implement high-impact employee engagement and retention programs, alongside targeted organizational development (OD) initiatives to enhance leadership capabilities and team effectiveness.


Governance & Compliance: Ensure stringent labour law compliance across all states and locations. Take ownership of risk management related to personnel and implement robust HR governance frameworks.


Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing HR team, delegating effectively and guiding them to deliver impactful business outcomes and exceptional service across all business units.


Ideal Profile & Qualifications:


Education: MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory).


Experience: 13-16 years of progressive HR experience, with mandatory exposure to high-volume, dynamic industries such as Retail, FMCG, QSR, or large-scale multi-location operations.


Core Expertise:


- Demonstrated expertise in Industrial Relations (IR), comprehensive compliance management, driving impactful performance management cycles, and acting as a strategic HR Business Partner.


Leadership Skills: Must possess strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills essential for influencing executive decisions and managing a geographically dispersed workforce.
