Role Overview:

As a Senior HR Business Partner based in Delhi NCR, you will serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, bridging the gap between business objectives and human capital initiatives. You will operate at the intersection of organizational strategy and employee experience, partnering closely with department heads to drive high-impact people programs. Your day-to-day will involve navigating complex organizational challenges, fostering a culture of high performance, and ensuring that our talent strategy directly accelerates business growth. By championing change management and leadership development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce and ensuring the organization remains agile in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with senior stakeholders to design and execute workforce planning strategies that align with long-term business goals and operational scalability.


- Lead end-to-end performance management cycles, coaching managers to provide constructive feedback and drive a culture of accountability.


- Oversee comprehensive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development programs, to ensure a robust internal talent pipeline.


- Manage complex employee relations issues with empathy and legal rigor, protecting the organization while fostering a fair and inclusive workplace.


- Drive employee engagement through data-backed insights, translating survey results into actionable programs that improve retention and morale.


- Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to design competitive reward structures that attract and retain top-tier industry talent.


- Facilitate large-scale change management initiatives, ensuring seamless organizational transitions and high levels of employee adoption during periods of growth or restructuring.


- Partner with the talent acquisition team to refine hiring strategies for critical roles, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that integrates new hires into the company culture.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and act as a credible partner in strategic decision-making processes.


- Proven expertise in diagnosing organizational health and implementing structural interventions that improve operational efficiency.


- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret HR metrics and translate them into business-focused narratives for stakeholders.


- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations and build trust across diverse teams.


- Deep understanding of local labor laws and best practices in compensation, benefits, and performance management.


- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute is highly preferred.


- Proven adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment, balancing on-site collaboration with remote operational requirements.


- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on long-term organizational development goals.
