Job Title Sr. HRIS Specialist - SF Compensation Module

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced SuccessFactors Compensation Module Consultant who would be designated as a Sr. HRIS Specialist, and will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and end-to-end management of compensation processes within SuccessFactors.
This role requires extensive hands-on experience with the Compensation module, a deep understanding of compensation processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams, to ensure smooth execution and management of compensation campaigns across our global organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and management of Compensation campaigns in SuccessFactors.
- Configure and manage all aspects of the SuccessFactors Compensation module, including template designing, campaign planning, eligibility rules, guidelines, budget modelling etc.
- Closely collaborate with stakeholders to support campaign planning and prioritization of associated tasks.
- Facilitate data reconciliations / reporting and sanity checks at various stages of the compensation cycle to ensure data quality and process integrity.
- Manage compensation worksheets for salary review and bonus payout campaigns; and manage adjustments whenever needed.
- Administer role-based permissions to ensure appropriate access and data visibility for various stakeholders.
- Independently collaborate with C&B teams and provide extensive support to diverse, geographically dispersed teams, at different phases of compensation campaigns, to ensure effective planning, execution, and finalization of compensation campaigns.
- Conversant with the publish functionality for data updates in EC and generating compensation letters.
Process & Functional Expertise:
- Maintain a strong process and functional understanding of compensation best practices and how they are applied within SuccessFactors.
- Provide guidance and insights to local teams on compensation process design and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
Required Experience and Skills:
- Minimum of 8 years overall experience, with 5+ years dedicated to SuccessFactors Compensation module administration and configuration.
- Hands-on experience in campaign management and compensation processes.
- Strong understanding of HR and compensation processes, pay structures, guidelines, and terminologies.
- Experience with data audits, reconciliations, and reporting tools within SF.
- Proficiency in SF Compensation module configurations (template design, role-based permissions, publish functionality, letter generation etc.)
- Ability to independently manage the compensation campaigns, and collaborative across global and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills - fluency in English (verbal and written).
- Exposure to other SF modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Variable Pay) is desirable.
- Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation module would be an advantage.
- Positive mindset, adaptable, and eager to learn other SF modules to support broader HR transformation initiatives.
Education and Certifications:
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Human Resources preferred.
- SuccessFactors Certification in Compensation module will be an advantage.
