Staffing & On-boarding
Developing and implementing immediate and long-term staffing process and strategy in partnership with Company leadership including workforce plans, sourcing, assessing, selecting, making offers, and on-boarding.
Providing strategic insights about compensation & benefits and developing offer recommendations in consultation with the function leader. Partner with leadership to onboard new employees, managers and leaders successfully.
Actively participating in the selection and offer process for critical positions and key hires.
Manpower Planning
Developing and implement HR Plan including manpower planning, attracting and retaining talent, performance management, training and development, individual development planning for management employees IN ORDER TO support the business objectives.
HR Operations and Employee Relations
Designing, implementing and improving HR operations processes related to payroll, employee exit process and interview, HR document management etc. in partnership with leadership and other functions like Finance and Administration. Developing, continuously refresh, and communicating HR guidelines in partnership with Company leadership.
Partner with leadership and legal counsel on complex employee relations matters and investigations. Provide solutions and resolve issues.
Build and grow HR team in Company. Coach and develop the HR talent to ensure they can build meaningful careers in Company.
Training& Development:
Identify Training needs of employees at all level to develop their skills and organizing training (Internal & External) for them as per training calendar and records, Supervisory Development and Awareness Training Program as per standards and policies. Policy Implementation as per need of the organization. Skill Matrix, GAP analysis, Competency Mapping, KRA.
Performance Appraisal:
- Formulation and implementation of increment, incentive and other remuneration policies.
- Managing Appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Reward Management.
- Time Office & Welfare Functions
- Attendance, late coming, leaves, payroll, wages and salary administration, bonus, gratuity, ex-gratia, leave encashment, medical, canteen, transport guidance and counseling , supervising and executing other welfare activities.
- Contract Labour Management and Audit
Legal Statutory Compliances &Laisoning
Annual & Half Yearly Returns, New and Renewal of Factory License, Inspection, Compliance under Factory Act. And others Act, Police, Gram Panchayat, Local Media etc.
