
Description:
- Senior HR Business Partner to own the people agenda for Sales & Marketing at a large, professionally run Indian organisation based in Gurugram. Reporting directly to the CHRO and leading a team of three, you'll work at the intersection of business strategy and talent driving workforce planning, leadership hiring, performance culture, and retention for high-impact revenue teams.
- The role demands someone with 15 - 18 years of solid HR experience, a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders, and deep HRBP exposure to large field-force environments across sectors like Real Estate, BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, Logistics, or similar. Candidates from pure IT/software services without frontline sales exposure are unlikely to be a fit. A full-time MBA or PGDM in HR
- 15 - 18 years of total HR experience (non-negotiable range)
- Deep HRBP experience supporting Sales & Marketing verticals with large field forces
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior business stakeholders
- Strong career stability and tenure at large Indian organisations
- MBA / PGDM in HR from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institution (full-time only)
