About the role:

We are looking to hire an experienced and strategic HR leader to drive both the HR Business Partner function and Total Rewards for our dynamic organization. This position requires strong business alignment, strategic advisory capability, and a data-driven approach to compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering:

- Work closely with business leaders to shape and deliver a people strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on org design, talent planning, leadership development, and workforce strategy.

- Drive key initiatives across engagement, retention, and succession planning.

- Lead change management efforts and support transformation programs from a people and culture lens.

Total Rewards:


- Lead the design, benchmarking, and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies across levels and functions.

- Partner with external consultants and internal stakeholders on C&B surveys, market benchmarking, and pay parity reviews.

- Own and execute the performance appraisal cycle.


- Ensure reward programs are compliant, consistent, and aligned with company values and

business goals.

- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure reward frameworks meet both business and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven exposure to both HRBP and Compensation & Benefits. Prior experience managing ESOP programs is a plus.

- Strong experience in partnering with business leaders, preferably in high growth or fast paced environments.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to work comfortably with data and analytics.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- MBA/PGDM from a top tier B-school.
