We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a leading, large-scale real estate-led retail platform with strong on-ground presence.
This is a high-impact, team handling role working closely with business leadership and reporting directly to the CHRO of the vertical.
LOCATION - NCR (Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida) - Only candidates currently based in NCR will be considered
COMPENSATION - 65-70 LPA
Current CTC should be around - 50 LPA
ROLE MANDATE:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leadership
- Drive end-to-end HRBP charter across large retail assets
- Lead team management and capability building within HR
- Own employee lifecycle, engagement, performance, and org effectiveness
- Partner with business on workforce planning, productivity, and culture
- Work closely with mall / retail asset operations teams and stakeholders
