Job Location: Pune (Hybrid, 2-3 days from office) Job Description Collaborating with Organization teams and leadership, the Senior Employee Experience Business Partner, Regional influences and executes programs to attract, retain, and engage employees. Additionally, the role oversees the efficient and professional delivery of global Employee Experience (EX) programs, processes, and services in India, including but not limited to all areas of human resources including Talent Management, Team member Relations and Engagement, Development, Total Rewards, and EX Operations. This pivotal position contributes to scaling the business for continued success while fostering a positive and engaging employee experience within organisation Key Requirements & Responsibilities - Provide EX support by implementing proactive and impactful human resource practices and processes that help to position organisation as an employer of choice. - Provide ongoing coaching, support and insight that enables informed decision-making, aligns with organizational values, and contributes to maximum retention, engagement and productivity. - Partner and collaborate with HR colleagues to create, influence and administer HR programs and actively contribute to the development of HR global/policies, processes and procedures in support of company goals while focusing on team engagement and company culture. - Employee Experience front line and first point of contact for local employees for policy/process related questions, policy guidance and interpretation. - Ensure compliance with Indian labour regulations, employee safety, welfare, wellness and health. - Participate in the planning and execution of team social events and wellness initiatives - fostering a culture of wellbeing, celebration and belonging. Qualifications - At least 8+ years of work experience as a Business Partner supporting Senior Executive and/or C-level leaders from a product-based company only. - Post secondary education in Human Resources. - Have a blend of operational and relational Human Resources knowledge. - Experience identifying and building strategic cross-functional partnerships across all levels of the business to understand challenges - Have a passion for high quality service to the business and delivering exceptional support - Approachable people person who enjoys building lasting relationships. - Are highly adaptable and flexible- you thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
