
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with our critical global business units. This is a high-impact, strategic role that works closely with Business Unit Heads and senior global leaders to shape people strategy, organizational effectiveness, and long-term capability building.
The role requires a seasoned HR professional with preferred global exposure (UK/US or other international markets), proven credibility with senior stakeholders, and the ability to influence business outcomes through people, culture, and leadership interventions. The ideal candidate will operate as a thought partner to leadership, not just an HR representative.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnership:
- Act as a trusted advisor to Business Unit Heads and senior leadership, influencing key decisions related to people strategy, structure, and leadership capability.
- Partner with global and regional leaders (UK/US and other international markets) on workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational design.
- Partner with global leaders across UK/US and other regions to drive consistency in set processes.
Talent Management:
- Enable BU Heads/managers to conduct talent reviews, progression plans and leadership pipeline development for critical roles.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, and compensation planning for business units.
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance on compensation, incentives, and promotion decisions in partnership with Finance and HR CoEs.
Organizational Effectiveness & Change:
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) including Recruitment, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and DEI to deploy HR programs effectively.
- Anticipate people risks and proactively address issues and corrective measures with BU Heads.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Champion employee experience across geographically distributed and cross-cultural teams.
- Serve as the escalation point for employee relations matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance.
- Partner with leadership to address engagement challenges and strengthen trust and transparency.
Key Requirements:
- 715 years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Proven ability to partner with senior global stakeholders in a matrixed or multi-region organization.
- Demonstrated capability to influence, coach, and build trusted relationships with leaders.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
