- Account-wise attrition and retention improvement
- Manager engagement & satisfaction (regular connects, feedback loops)
- Early identification and closure of people risks (bench, performance, exits)
- Governance adherence (monthly reviews, QBRs)
- Reduction in escalations and proactive issue resolution

Role Overview:
- This is a fast-track Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) role for MBA-HR graduates from Tier-1 B-Schools who aspire to grow into strategic HR leaders early in their careers.
- Each HRBP will own one global region - EMEA, APAC, or Americas - and will partner directly with Delivery and Business Leaders to drive engagement, compliance, workforce planning, and culture.
- The ideal candidate is extroverted, energetic, and a natural people connector who blends empathy with analytical thinking and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities & What Success Looks Like
1. People Partnership & Business Alignment
- Work closely with Delivery and BU Heads on staffing, utilization, and workforce planning.
- Translate business goals into people actions and headcount strategies.
- Create and present monthly people insights and decks for BU reviews.
- Success means becoming a trusted advisor to delivery leaders and ensuring that workforce planning directly supports revenue and utilization goals.
2. Employee Connect & Engagement
- Conduct regular 1:1 connects and pulse checks across teams to gauge morale and satisfaction.
- Identify early attrition signals and design retention actions with managers.
- Act as a bridge for transparent communication between employees and leadership.
- Success means every employee feels heard, engaged, and aligned with company values, reflected in improved morale and reduced attrition.
3. Analytics, Timesheet & Leakage Management
- Maintain accurate dashboards for headcount, attrition, utilization, and project timesheets.
- Partner with Delivery Excellence and Finance to monitor timesheet compliance and prevent billing leakages.
- Present clear, story-driven reports that convert data into actionable business narratives.
- Success means complete accuracy in people analytics, disciplined timesheet management, and visible reduction in non-billable leakages.
4. Customer Onboarding & Compliance
- Manage end-to-end customer onboarding - NDAs, background checks, security access, and client compliance training.
- Ensure all people-related documentation is audit-ready at any point in time.
- Success means every new employee on a client project is fully compliant and ready to deliver from Day 1 without any audit observations.
5. Culture, Communication & Recognition
- Lead regional culture programs such as Ignite, Tech Jam, Habibi Night, and Leadership Retros.
- Drive recognition initiatives like Spotlight, Star Awards, and NeoThanks.
- Manage internal communications - newsletters, retrospectives, and townhalls.
- Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and coordinate POSH awareness sessions.

6. Learning, Growth & Performance
- Partner with the L&D team for participation in NeoOrientation, Functional Academies, and Leadership Programs.
- Support performance reviews, promotion cycles, and goal-setting discussions.
- Success means every employee in your region is continuously learning, growing, and clear on their performance expectations.
7. Exit, Governance & HR Hygiene
- Manage regional bench exits and final HR sign-offs with proper documentation.
- Coordinate with Finance, IT, and Legal for seamless clearances.
