Senior HR Business Partner - IT

If you have 10+ years of experience in HR Business Partnering - especially within small and mid-size IT services firms - and love mentoring teams, driving culture, and enabling business transformation, this could be your next big move.

What You'll Do?

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on talent, organization design, and people strategy.

- Lead and mentor a team of junior HRBPs - shaping the next generation of HR leaders.

- Drive key initiatives across employee engagement, capability building, and performance enhancement.

- Partner with leadership on talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce analytics.

- Champion cultural alignment and leadership effectiveness across business units.

What We're Looking For?

- MBA in HR (full-time from a reputed institute).

- 10+ years of progressive HRBP experience in digital, cloud, or tech services environments.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - clear, confident, and influential.

- Proven record of managing HR operations hands-on in agile and growing setups.

- A people-first attitude with strong business acumen and execution excellence.
