About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will work closely with business leaders and employees to design and implement people strategies that drive organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in policy design, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, benefits, and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Policy & Process Development:
- Design, implement, and update HR policies in line with business needs and compliance requirements.
- Ensure policies promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace.
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and drive end-to-end recruitment.
- Build strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and employer branding.
- Drive a seamless onboarding experience ensuring smooth integration of new hires.
Employee Engagement & Retention:
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to improve satisfaction and reduce attrition.
- Conduct regular feedback surveys, analyze results, and implement action plans.
- Design and roll out employee benefit programs that enhance retention and overall well-being.
Business Partnership:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters.
- Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning, performance management, and organizational development.
- Provide data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
Performance & Culture:
- Support managers in driving a high-performance culture through coaching and feedback.
- Ensure HR practices align with company values and DEI initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 4-10 years of experience as an HRBP, HR Manager, or similar role.
- Strong expertise in policy formulation, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Knowledge of employee benefits design, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence leaders and drive change.
- Experience in fast-paced/start-up or product-based environments preferred.
