
A high-growth, category-leading consumer business is looking to hire a Senior HRBP to partner closely with business leadership and drive people strategy at scale.
This is a true HRBP role - not HR Ops, not TA - focused on business partnering, org effectiveness, talent, performance, and culture in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior business leaders as a strategic HR advisor
- Drive workforce planning, org design & capability building
- Own performance management, talent reviews & succession planning
- Lead change management initiatives in high-growth environments
- Coach leaders on employee relations, engagement & culture
- Use people analytics to influence business decisions
- Collaborate with COEs (TA, L&D, Rewards) for execution
- Support scale, transformation & business expansion journeys
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8-10 years of HRBP experience in E-commerce / Retail only
- MBA / PGDM in HR from a Tier-1 HR institute (mandatory)
- Strong exposure to fast-scaling, high-performance organizations
- Proven stakeholder management with senior leadership
- Hands-on with PMS, talent cycles, engagement & ER
- High ownership mindset with commercial acumen
