As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to support our Technology practice and enable scalable, high-performance growth.
Role Overview:
The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to Technology and Engineering leadership while overseeing the People agenda for the Hyderabad cluster. The role will focus on organizational design, workforce strategy, leadership development, and culture-building to support business growth and product innovation.
This position requires a balanced blend of strategic influence and operational depth, with strong alignment to global HR frameworks and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partnership:
- Partner with Technology leadership to align people strategy with business and product roadmaps
- Provide data-driven insights to support workforce planning and organizational effectiveness
- Advise senior stakeholders on structure, capability building, and long-term talent planning
Organizational Design & Workforce Planning:
- Lead org design initiatives to support scaling and transformation
- Drive workforce planning, capacity forecasting, and succession strategies
- Ensure role clarity, competency frameworks, and career pathing are aligned to global standards
Talent & Performance Management:
- Oversee performance management cycles and ensure consistency with global frameworks
- Support leadership capability development and succession planning
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to enable strategic hiring for critical technology roles
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as an escalation point for complex employee relations matters
- Facilitate leadership workshops, engagement initiatives, and change management programs
- Promote a high-performance, inclusive, and compliant work environment
People Team & Cluster Leadership:
- Lead and develop the Hyderabad People team supporting Technology
- Ensure excellence in delivery across the employee lifecycle
- Maintain compliance with local labor regulations and global HR governance standards
Experience & Qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure supporting Technology/Engineering functions
- Prior experience in a global Fintech, BFSI, SaaS, or technology-driven multinational organization
- Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management
- Proven track record of managing HR teams and influencing senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of agile environments and product-driven business models
- Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or related discipline preferred
