
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end performance management cycle to ensure that individual contributions are consistently aligned with business targets and career growth aspirations.
- Drive comprehensive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and high-potential identification, to build a sustainable leadership pipeline for the region.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs that foster a culture of inclusivity and high morale, directly impacting long-term retention and organizational commitment.
- Partner with department heads to diagnose organizational gaps and implement structural interventions that improve team efficiency and cross-functional collaboration.
- Manage complex employee relations matters with a focus on conflict resolution and policy adherence, ensuring a fair and transparent workplace for all staff members.
- Analyze regional HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights that inform leadership decision-making and strategic resource allocation.

- Proven expertise in managing performance and talent lifecycles, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making and objective assessment.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate qualitative feedback and quantitative data into meaningful business improvements.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid or on-site work environment, maintaining high visibility and accessibility for regional teams across multiple locations.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable institute, complemented by 4-8 years of progressive experience in an HRBP capacity.
