Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to support business teams across India and Southeast Asia. This role partners closely with regional leadership to drive the people agenda aligned with business strategy, working alongside global HR specialist teams. The position owns the end-to-end employee experience for the region and provides expert guidance across all people-related areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with regional leaders to shape and execute people strategy and resolve workforce challenges
- Use data and insights to identify people priorities and address future talent needs
- Advise on talent development, engagement, and succession planning at mid-levels
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees in the region, providing guidance on policies and processes
- Coach managers on people management and performance-related matters
- Drive onboarding, performance management, learning initiatives, and overall employee experience
- Collaborate with global HR teams including Talent Acquisition, L&D, Total Rewards, and HR Operations
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, global CoEs, and external partners
- Support HR-led initiatives such as DEIB, CSR, and change programs
Reporting & Stakeholders
- Individual Contributor role, reporting to the Head of HR - APAC
- Works closely with business leaders, global HR CoEs, Legal, Finance, Facilities, and external vendors
Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in HR or equivalent
- 8-10 years of HR experience, including 6+ years in HR Business Partnering
- Strong knowledge of HR partnering, preferably in technology-led environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Working knowledge of HR systems (Workday preferred) and HR analytics
- Strong understanding of employment laws in India and Southeast Asia
- Experience in global or matrixed organizations preferred
