About The Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our Vizag team.
- The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- This role requires strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive people-focused initiatives that support growth and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational needs and provide HR solutions.
- Bridge the gap between employees and management through effective communication and
trust-building.
- Conduct regular employee connects to foster an open and supportive culture.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace satisfaction and belonging.
- Identify early signs of attrition and implement proactive retention strategies.
- Act as the first point of contact for employees to share concerns, raise grievances, or seek HR
support.
- Provide timely updates on HR policies and ensure effective communication across teams.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning efforts.
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes fairly and effectively.
- Partner with L&D teams to identify skill gaps and support training initiatives.
- Control attrition and enhance employee retention through targeted interventions.
- Increase employee efficiency and productivity by aligning performance management with business goals.
- Analyze HR metrics and deliver actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to building a strong organizational culture aligned with Phenoms values and mission.
Requirements:
- Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence leaders and drive organizational change.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems, data analytics, and reporting.
