Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to lead recruitment and HR generalist functions for one of Mumbais most reputed real estate brands. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving talent strategy, ensuring seamless recruitment processes, and fostering a strong organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines through portals, networks, and referrals.
- Partner with business and hiring managers to align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and manage offer negotiations.
- Oversee HR operations, employee engagement, and grievance handling.
- Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and recruitment analytics for management reviews.
Requirements:
- 8-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / HR Business Partnering.
- Strong expertise in sourcing via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other professional platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Must be comfortable with daily on-site work at Nariman Point, Mumbai.
