About the Role:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Business HR professional to lead and support HR initiatives at our client's Noida location. This role involves partnering closely with global stakeholders and CXO-level leadership, with a strong focus on employee engagement, talent management, HR operations, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience working with a technical employee base and demonstrate strong ownership of core HR functions, including L&D, TA collaboration, Compensation & Benefits, and HR digitalization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with CXO-level management and global HR teams to align HR strategies with overall business goals.

- Lead and execute employee engagement programs tailored for a high-performing, technical workforce.

- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to ensure strategic workforce planning and a seamless hiring experience.

- Identify learning needs and collaborate with L&D teams to implement targeted development programs across business units.

- Oversee Compensation & Benefits processes including salary planning, benchmarking, and employee benefits programs.

- Manage and enhance HR operations, ensuring compliance, process efficiency, and data accuracy.

- Lead or contribute to HR digitalization initiatives - including automation of HR processes, system implementation/improvement, and leveraging HR tech tools for better employee experience.

- Use HR analytics and dashboards to drive insights and continuous improvement in people strategy.

- Handle complex employee relations issues with a strategic and compliant approach.

- Drive initiatives related to DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), employee wellness, and organizational development.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational and technical environment.

- Proven experience in managing or overseeing HR operations and contributing to HR digitalization/automation projects.

- Strong background in employee engagement, performance management, L&D, talent acquisition collaboration, and C&B strategy.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills - especially with senior leadership.

- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.

- Proficiency with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle) and strong data/analytics capabilities.

- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
