Responsibilities:
- Design and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid platforms.
- Build scalable acquisition plans with a strong focus on CAC, CPA, ROAS, and volume growth.
- Set monthly performance targets, manage media budgets, and define experimentation roadmaps aligned with leadership goals.
- Launch and optimise paid media campaigns targeting MSMEs, PPOB agents, and retailers.
- Run structured experiments including A/B testing, geo-targeting, audience segmentation, and creative formats.
- Continuously improve CAC, CVR, and lead-to-sale conversion by refining targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives.
- Support performance-driven influencer campaigns with clear attribution tracking and code-based sales measurement.
- Build and scale affiliate and referral programs for influencers and merchant advocates.
- Own the full user acquisition funnel from ad impression, lead conversion, onboarding repeat usage.
- Identify funnel drop-offs and run growth experiments across: Landing pages, Lead forms, WhatsApp flows, Checkout experiences, Retargeting journeys.
- Collaborate with Product and CRM teams to implement growth loops (referrals, reactivation) and improve onboarding.
- Leverage tools like GA4 Mixpanel, and Hotjar to test hypotheses and unlock growth opportunities.
- Partner with design and content teams to develop high-converting creatives, ad copy, and merchant-specific messaging.
- Continuously A/B test creatives, landing pages, and CTAs across different audience segments.
- Track and report key metrics including CTR, CPL, CAC, ROAS, CVR, LTV, activation rates, and funnel drop-offs.
- Build dashboards and visual reports to support growth and business decisions.
